My husband and I tried out The Capitol Smokehouse and Grill for lunch yesterday while we were driving through Little Rock. The ribs were amazing and the homemade barbecue sauces were a nice touch. Just a heads up, they tend to run out of popular sides like baked squash and cornbread by early afternoon, so go early if you want to try those.
