The meatloaf and pulled pork here were flavorful and satisfying without being greasy. The jalapeño cornbread and coleslaw complemented the meal well, and the friendly staff made the experience welcoming.

My husband and I tried out The Capitol Smokehouse and Grill for lunch yesterday while we were driving through Little Rock. The ribs were amazing and the homemade barbecue sauces were a nice touch. Just a heads up, they tend to run out of popular sides like baked squash and cornbread by early afternoon, so go early if you want to try those.
