If you're in Huntington and craving a stellar meal, swing by IMC for some seriously delicious food and a lively atmosphere! The porterhouse special for two is a steal at $50 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and trust me, it's cooked to perfection-medium rare is my jam, and they nailed it! From the attentive staff to the mouthwatering options like the blueberry coconut mojito and decadent desserts, this place is a feast for the senses that keeps me coming back for more.
