The oysters here blew me away-especially the Beausoleil, which were hands down the freshest and tastiest I've ever devoured while soaking in stunning waterfront views. The vibe is pure Montauk magic: friendly staff, giant portions perfect for sharing, and an entertaining system where you order on paper and wait with a glass of wine in hand, watching yachts roll by. Sure, the lobster roll is pricey and the clam chowder was a miss, but the lobster Cobb salad and fries more than make up for it, making this an unforgettable seaside feast I'm already itching to repeat.
