Inlet Seafood offers stunning water views that make every meal feel special, especially around sunset. The seafood is incredibly fresh and flavorful, with dishes like the scallop and shrimp penne pasta standing out as favorites. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a relaxed yet enjoyable atmosphere that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in Montauk.

The Inlet USED to be the best resturant for fresh seafood, but no more. Our dinner last Saturday was terrible. Coconut shrimp was burnt, tuna was not fresh and overcooked, white wine was ordered, but forgotten by the waitress. And although not the fault of the restaurant, there was a very loud drunk table of people. But the restaurant left it up to the surrounding tables to tell the party to please be courtesy. Oh well, they are many other far better restaurants to go to out east . . .
