The food and drinks at Shandon Court consistently impress me, with incredible dishes like lamb shank and penne alla vodka, paired perfectly with friendly, attentive service and a cozy, old-school pub atmosphere. Whether enjoying live Irish music, hosting events in their comfortable rooms, or relaxing on the patio, every visit feels warm and welcoming-though I was pretty bummed to find out the burrata is no longer on the menu after driving 40 minutes just to try it.
