I love this restaurant. They serve a wide variety of excellently prepared dishes. It's a family owned operation and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Such a relief from the ever-growing chains. BTW, they rotate the art work on the walls to display emerging artists and have a featured wine list that allows customers to try varietals from California.

Yesterday was July 14th, Bastille Day. Since I am French I was looking for a French restaurant to celebrate along with my fiancee and 2 teenage daughters.
Well, the only thing that is French is the owner who was not there.
For starters we ordered 2 Kir Royal; what we were served were 2 flutes of overly sweet of Freixenet and syrup. I was so disappointed, especially when the (non-French) waitress was arguing with me instead of learning something from a customer.
For my meal I ordered a Chateaubriand from the "Chopped steaks" section. What I was served was a freaking burger!!!! Yukkk!!!
Fortunately we fared much better with the desserts. The creme brulee is delicious, but for me the real pleasure came from the tarte Tatin a la mode.
I may go back just for dessert and coffee but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially to anyone looking for a French restaurant.
