I had Al cater my 4th of July gathering with tri-tip, pulled pork, ribs, and corn, and everything was absolutely delicious! The meats were tender, juicy, and had a fantastic BBQ smoked flavor that everyone loved. Al even included two types of BBQ sauces which added a nice touch to the meal. I highly recommend Al for your next BBQ feast!
