While attending the Downtown Arcadia Lunar New Year Festival, I tried a food truck that used a tablet ordering system, which took a moment to get used to but made the whole process smooth and efficient. I had the Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla, and every bite was delicious-the shrimp was juicy, the tortilla perfectly grilled, and the melted cheese added the perfect touch, making it one of the best quesadillas I've ever tasted.
