The tacos here are always bursting with flavor, especially the carne asada which is tender and juicy, accompanied by fresh, tangy sides like pickled carrots, radishes, and chile Serrano that elevate each bite. Despite a busy line and just one person working the truck, the friendly service and laid-back outdoor seating make the wait worthwhile for a satisfying meal. From birria to al pastor and vegetarian options, the variety and quality consistently impress, leaving me eager to return and explore more of the menu.
