Amazing food and Great service

We dined on 5/14/16. The food was ok and service was ok, too (although they could not find our reservation when we were there.) we paid bill with credit card. However, when my credit card statement came, I noticed that the amount charged was different from the receipt copy I kept.

I add ~15% for tip to make totals to be in whole dollar. However, it looks that the waiter added tip herself by using 18%. This is not right. She should say so if she wanted to receive 18% tip.

Understand that not every waiter in that restaurant does this, but,do not think we will visit this specific restaurant again.
