The flavors here linger long after each bite, with souffle pancakes and huevos rancheros that satisfy cravings in the most comforting way, even amid the buzz of a busy room. Though the wait and cramped seating can test patience, the fresh, generous portions and attentive service make every visit feel like a rewarding ritual I'm eager to repeat.
