The tacos al pastor at the Mercado La Paloma food court are still a solid choice if you're craving something tasty. I simply go by the numbers to match my hunger level and the service is quick and efficient. Don't forget to ask for their red chile salsa to elevate the flavors of your tacos - it's a game-changer!
