The callo de hacha and shrimp cocktail here are always fresh and bursting with flavor, making for an irresistible appetizer. Every visit tempts me with the aguachiles and the empapelado de camarón, particularly when paired with a tostada and a splash of Guacamaya sauce, transporting my taste buds to Sinaloa. Although the demand often makes seating a challenge, the consistently delicious seafood is worth every moment of anticipation.
