I've been coming here since I was a kid, and the half chicken is always cooked perfectly-juicy, flavorful, and never disappointing. The staff are super friendly, the place stays clean, and the fresh sauces like chimichurri and aji really take the meal to another level. When it gets busy, you might wait a bit, but the large portions and authentic Peruvian flavors make it well worth it every time.
