I am Dave's sister and I hope to be in Vacherie very soon. I will, definitely, visit your place and the "Menu" looks interesting. I know my brother would love to see the success you have had, and I am so delighted that you kept his name. God only knows how he loved that place and had so many "visions" of what he wanted it to become, but I think you've captured that "vision". Thank you so much and I pray you'll continue to be successful, and the God would bless you abundantly.

My husband and I ate there while staying at Oak Alley. It was absolutely delicious. We had an appetizer, entree and dessert. It was so good we went back a second time before we left for home.
