During our stay at the Seelbach Hotel, we enjoyed visiting the Old Seelbach Bar multiple times, drawn by its extensive bourbon selection and friendly, knowledgeable bartenders. The food offerings, including a huge beer cheese pretzel and flavorful appetizers like the hummus platter, complemented the drinks perfectly, with some dishes standing out as surprisingly delicious. The bar's rich history and unique atmosphere, combined with attentive service, made each visit memorable and well worth the time.

My husband and I visited the hotel bar on a Saturday night for a nightcap after a party and a UK basketball game. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable, offering a wide selection of bourbons. We enjoyed some delicious appetizers, including a huge beer pretzel and a flavorful hummus plate with veggies and honey drizzle. The ambiance and history of the bar made for a memorable experience, and we would definitely return if we stay at the hotel again.
