We heard great things about this restaurant. Not so much. We went yesterday 2/20/21, had made reservations. Sat promptly. Received great service up until we received our appetizers.
Then, supposedly, the staff sat ALL the walk-in customers and forgot the reservation guests. Horrible. Complete lack of management. Waited over an hour to receive main courses, food was cold. WHY would I want cold lobster and pay $56/tail for it??? Where was the was the quality person at the pass. Never saw a floor manager.
Then I had to wait an hour to pay for this miserable food. If you go, only go with a party of 1 or 2 at a time. They cannot handle tables larger than 2.
I saw many tables of 2 set seated and served way faster than us. Not happy. Will NOT be going back!! Ridiculous!
