I'm all about food carts, and let me tell you, this one is a real gem. The Trinidad and Tobago double is where it's at - a thin, fried wrap stuffed with spiced chickpeas that won't break the bank at $3 a pop. Plus, the punch card deal makes it even sweeter. The owner is a real pro and even gave me some tips on how to tackle the double without making a mess. So, if you're in the area, swing by and give it a try - you won't be disappointed!
