The owner is incredibly friendly and passionate about his food, especially his amazing sauces that elevate dishes like the curry chicken taco and chicken burrito to unforgettable levels. The flavors are bold and unique, with tender meats and great vegetarian options that keep me coming back every time I see the cart at Library Mall.

The owner at Cafe Costa Rica is super friendly and cool. I tried the curry chicken taco and it was seriously amazing - just one taco, but packed with flavor! The pickled veggies and tender, well-seasoned chicken made it a standout. The mango smoothie was good, but I'd recommend adding strawberries for an extra kick. The service is always friendly, and I can't wait to order from here again!
