The menu says Dave traveled all over the US to find the best barbecue styles and recipes. As a real barbecue enthusiast, I'll attest he did his homework well. St. Louis ribs, Texas beef brisket, and my favorite, Georgia chopped pork.

One word of advice, order the Georgia pork naked, or they'll slather it with a St. Louis style sauce. If you know your pork, you'll want a mustard sauce, which they have on the table.

The desserts are really good, too, but their dinner portions are so big you won't have room.

Great food! Eat off the garbage can lid, it's the best combo platter of BBQ you can get.
