The entire experience was horrible. I live in the neighborhood and had high hopes but was completely disappointed. I will never go there again.

We choose Tutto Pasta in Middleton as the restaurant for our junior prom. This place is terrible! Not only was the food rather tasteless, the prices are outrageous for the small serving you receive. Also, the sever seemed to not care about our table what so ever, she never checked on the food, and forgot to ask half of the table for drinks! I mean how do you forget to ask 10 people for their drink order? Ever person had to tell her to bring them a beverage, and when the mandatory 18% tip came on our bill we were less than satisfied (a tip I should say we would have been more than willing to pay if it would have been earned). I would NEVER recommend this careless staff or their overpriced, and bland food to anyone at all, that's Tutto's for a memorable prom experience!

I have never had a bad meal here. The prices are reasonable and the food is always fresh. The pizza is hardly pedestrian - but I don't seek out a "wealthy" crowd while dining. Lobster stuffed pasta is just as welcome at a table as a pizza. The service is a bit odd at times, but, again, I have never been disappointed. I've lived in Tuscany and a lot of their flavors are right on.

One day I went there around 11:pm with my boyfriend and this waitress named Jenny I think thats the one, he gave me this mean look and looked like she didn't want to attend us, I think that was just rude because I went there to eat and to pay for it, not to ask for free food or something.

They attract a very casual crowd that doesnt look wealthy, so I assume pizza is the most often ordered item. Yet, we've been there twice,a few months apart, and their pizza is dull! Pizza may not be healthy, but Americans have always found it exciting eating. Cooked on a wood-burning stove, too.
Their salads range from dull to house Italian tangy.
The decor is very charming and it's a nice pace to be.
They just dont seem to use spices to their advantage.

We stopped in for Lunch on a Saturday. My wife ordered a salad and I had the Cannelloni Ripieni. When we ordered there was one other couple in the place and by the time the food came we were the only people dining. My Cannelloni was barely warm. During the time we ordered, waited for our meals which were slow in coming, and eating, someone was washing the floors. It sounded like a wire brush on pavement and was very loud. We asked the server if there was any way that could be postponed and she said no. We won't be back. They don't care. I can't believe people would vote for this place or any of its other locations as best of anything, ever. I guess it underscores how few choices there are, and how little scrutiny there is of restaurants in Madison in general.
