The Landings on the harbor has a tranquil atmosphere with good service and delicious food offerings, including inventive specials and generous salads. Their attention to detail and accommodating nature, such as providing special dog accommodations, make dining there a pleasant experience.

I'd give a zero star if I could.
Very aggressive owners and worst customer service. We had gone once before and liked it. We decided to go for Father's Day.
We are professional restaurant people. We asked for cocktail sauce, never came. The ceviche was horrible. We asked for our money back and to leave. They refused and told us we had to pay for the rest of our food then I asked for a cup for my cocktail to go, it never came.
Then we literally were thrown out even though we had asked to leave and get our money back. The owner made matters worse by telling us just because we didn't like some thing didn't mean that their food was bad. Huh? I give them an F for customer service.
So are you supposed to be force-fed food that is poor and not say anything? We have never been so poorly treated and had a spectacle made of us simply trying to get food that we ordered. It was very obvious that they were insulted that their food was not up to par and have zero customer service skills the owner even called me Karen on the way out and physically tried to push me out. I told him to keep his hands off me. It was crazy!
What twilight zone are they living in? Wanted to make sure that people know how you're going to potentially be treated at this restaurant. They clearly only go on their view/Location. Customers waiting in line behind us talked to us in the parking lot and said they decided not to go in because of how they treated us. Never have been treated so bad by owners/staff. Never tried to make anything right just defensive and aggressive.

For seafood restaurant, very disappointed, shrimp was the size of a penny. They were out of lobster.
