My wife and I discovered a hidden breakfast gem at Erica's this week. The Jambalaya was a standout on the diverse menu, but we opted for a hearty vegetable omelet and a meat and veggie omelet that did not disappoint. Despite a slight delay in service due to a storm, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. We left satisfied and eager to return for the Irish eggs Benedict and bloody Mary's we spotted on other tables.
