The inventive cocktails and expertly prepared food blew me away, especially the perfectly cooked ribs and flavorful small plates like the Nashville hot chicken bao and octopus nuggets. The cozy, modern atmosphere combined with friendly and attentive service made for a fantastic dining experience that I'm eager to revisit.

I absolutely had to review Birch on Elm - the cocktails were fabulously inventive with flavors that took classic dishes to a whole new level, and the food was exceptional, from the perfectly cooked ribs to the flavorful cauliflower. The creative menu, exceptional preparation, and friendly service make this the most unique dining experience in Southern New Hampshire, but improvements to the ventilation system are needed to fully enjoy the ambiance.
