I love the cozy, authentic Japanese atmosphere and attentive service at Matsuyama, where the fresh, well-prepared dishes like crispy fried tofu, flavorful sukiyaki ramen with plenty of vegetables, tender beef teriyaki, crispy chicken katsu, and delicious sushi-including chef's specials with fresh uni and amaebi-offer generous portions and subtle, balanced flavors that keep me coming back and sharing with friends, especially appreciating the clean environment, reasonable prices, and thoughtful touches like complimentary miso soup and salad with meals.

I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired decor at the restaurant, it made me feel like I was transported to Japan! The fried tofu was crispy, but I felt like the sauce could use a bit more flavor to make it more exciting.
