Dining at Stars was an exquisite journey through inventive and beautifully crafted dishes, where the playful use of seasonal ingredients elevated every bite into a harmonious celebration of flavors. From the perfectly crisp-skinned Chincoteague Rockfish to the buttery duck confit nestled in tender noodles, each course was thoughtfully composed and accompanied by attentive, warm service that made the experience truly memorable.
