Seoul Soondae in the Lotte market food court is my favorite spot for authentic Korean soondae soup. The spicy intestine stir fry is my go-to dish, with just the right amount of heat and a deliciously charred flavor. The food is always satisfying and the service quick, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area craving traditional Korean cuisine.
