During my week in Hagerstown, I visited Primanti's twice and enjoyed the corned beef sandwich, which was packed with meat and fries that practically melted in my mouth. The atmosphere had a genuine Pittsburgh-local vibe, perfect for watching football and enjoying a cold beer with friends. The service was excellent too, especially when the manager made fresh tartar sauce from scratch after they ran out of packets, showing real dedication.
