Just devoured an incredible sampler with ribs so tender they practically waved goodbye to the bone, and brisket juicy enough to make me swoon without tipping into fatty territory. The smoky flavor was perfectly balanced-just enough to tease the senses without stealing the show-and the sauces? Let's just say I was busy dunking and debating which one was the secret MVP. Friendly staff made the whole experience even sweeter, and while the seating is cozy, the vibe and flavors have me plotting my next visit already-next up, smoked salmon and maybe some of those world-famous onion rings!
