We missed having the two sisters as servers this year. Our waitress said the owner changed the staffing and this is a caveat to us returning. The waitresses were not overly enthusiastic to be there. The food wasn’t bad, it is the overall dining experience that means the most and without servers that are decent it pulls the food rating down. I asked for extra butter and by the time our waitress looked at her phone, giggled with another server and made her way to getting out my food wasn’t warm. These are the kind of servers that are expected in fast food restaraunts, not a higher level dining. Perhaps, “Act your wage” is a better way to state this. Good luck crab 99, remember, you’re only as good as your employee.
