I order usually once every week or so i always order the same thing I order online usually no issues however today I was told I ordered the wrong thing and because it was online there was no way the restaurant or app made a mistake however the franchise owner would not remake it to what I requested and told me I had to reorder online and pay again instead of saying i see you in here alot so let me remake it this time for you this is typical of people that don't understand business or realize the cost of losing customers over building customer loyalty I've worked with a business owner side by side in westford and can see why he has 4.7 stars over this owners 4.0 stars which I think is twice what it should be! Could not tell if it was from a lack of business experience or just lack of caring they'll need to acquire a new customer to replace me because I will not be returning...a regular customer down the drain
