Ordered a salad had a fly in it offered to replace the salad but who can eat a salad after seeing fly in it wouldn't do anything else.

Everytime I order from there ( had been almost every other night) I always get the same and to the point he has my order down over the phone.. But everytime my food comes. They always mess it up by adding things I asked not to be added or not adding what should be on it.. Also not coming in a compmete meal.
I always order around the same time always when its not busy.
When i call to address this the guy that answers the phone. Is always rude and will just yell and agure back instead of coming up with something and apologizing for the mess up.
And also what is this with leafs on the food this is not lettuce..
Over all i think im going to start ordering from somewhere else to support them.
