I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant with delicious food and accurate orders. The location, conveniently situated near a major college, was once a Burger King but offers a positive atmosphere despite some reviews criticizing the phone service.

i enjoyed picking a sweet ice tea from POPEYE'S for a few years. IT has nothing to do with the pandemic we are going thru. IT has do with Management ,training, and individual responsibilities. EACH employee is responsible for their actions toward providing good and adequate service to pending consumers. I HATE TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE AS HUMANS WE ARE NOT 100 % CORRECT 100% OF THE TIME, OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO STRIVE TOWARD THAT MARK. IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE PURCHASED ICE TEA 1, A GAL OF SWEET AND THE SECOND TIME ONLY A 1/2 GAL. BOTH TIMES I REQUESTED SWEET ICE TEA. BOTH TIMES I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. THE 1ST TIME I ADDED SUGAR AND COUGH IT UP TO HUMAN ERROR. HOWEVER THIS TIME I WAS NOT GOING PAY FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM. THIS IS MORE THAN AN MINOR ERROR THIS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE
