0096 Table 996 #Party0 Jamie P SVRCK 7 3:18p 09/20/2020 Johm took the opder.Called and ordered a prime rib special. The 2 sides were both supposed to be baked potatoes. When i got home only had 1 potato no au juice or Horse reddish sauce. Have tried the curbside 3 times during the pandemic and order was screwed up every time. The first time they forgot the Horse reddish and the Au juice, the next time they forgot our soup and this time they forgot horse reddish, Au juice and 1 potato. When i called to complain Jamie said she would get a manager, someone came to the phone and when he asked if he could help and I started explaining what happened it seemed like he set the phone down and at this time I could hear 2 people talking and no one was on the phone. The manager never came to the phone. Ate what was left of my supper. This is a hell of a way to serve preferred members. Guess you do not need our business nor good recommendations.
