Chang's is my new go-to spot for delicious Asian cuisine on a Monday night, especially since my usual haunt is closed. Even though dine-in service isn't available yet, the promise of it coming soon has me excited. The menu goes beyond my initial expectations, offering a wide variety of dishes including Singapore noodles and flavorful chicken fried rice, making it a must-visit for a satisfying meal.

If I could give 0 stars I would I'd just spent $52 on food and the sesame chicken is a bunch of small tiny pieces of meat that don't have meat in it it's basically comprised of batter that's fried and completely dried out, The Mongolian beef that is shown in pictures on Google Yelp and their website is not what you get I tried explaining this to the owner just to be told there's nothing he can do I'm wrong and hung up on me. They shame me for walking into the restaurant with no mask when there is not a mask mandate, They would not offer any refunds or exchanges or replacement, I highly recommend not going to this City shack and get your City food from City people, they don't even fill the boxes up like every other restaurant, Owner says prices have gone up so he has had to charge more and give less, No one has ever complained
