One star because 0 stars isn't allowed. I placed a to-go order Friday evening to be picked up Sunday at 1:00, and I got the food at 5:00. I repeatedly asked why my order was taking so long and was told that it was because of the Mother's Day crowd. I watched many other customers drive up, receive their food, and leave during the four hours that I waited. At 4:00 I asked the manager to check into it, but he did nothing. One of the staff finally noticed that I had been there for hours and got the order prepared. I contacted Olive Garden through their website and asked for an explanation, but they have not responded. A great restaurant if you want the staff, manager, and corporate office to act like you don't exist.
