- Chateau Puyfromage is located in the Francs Côtes de Bordeaux, next to Saint-Emilion. Merlot is the primary variety in this appellation. The wine has aromas of ripe cherry, plum and strawberry, with notes of forest floor. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied, with red fruit flavours and a spicy finish.

- Henderson’s Best Amber Ale 5.5% $8.00
- Henderson’s flagship, Henderson’s Best, is a modern take on classic English Ale; refreshing, with a mild floral nose and an ABV of 5.5%. To create this beer, we tried to imagine the beer first brewed in Toronto at the beginning of the 19th century and how it would have changed and matured over the 215 years between then and now. That recipe, tweaked throughout 2015 became Henderson’s Best. Best won an award at the 2016 (Bronze) and 2017 (Gold) Ontario Brewing Awards and (Gold) at the 2020 Canadian Brewing Awards. Henderson’s Best is moderately hopped, with caramel and malt-forward flavour. Well-balanced, smooth, and easy-drinking.

- Medium lemon colour with light carbonation; the nose immediately detects fresh orchard apples, lively citrus zest and a hint of spice; on the palate it is dry with crisp acidity and flavours of homemade apple pie filling.
- Amsterdam Boneshaker Ipa, 473ml Tall Can (7.1% Abv) $7.00
- Brewed with lots of fresh hops; bottled unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Pours a hazy amber with aromas of grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple and resinous hops. The palate is full, rich and well carbonated, with flavours. Long and fruity, bitter hop finish.
