Dining at Canoe on the 54th floor offered an unforgettable experience, with breathtaking views of Toronto's skyline that truly enhanced the meal. The tasting menu impressed me with its creative dishes and exceptional flavors, especially the chicken wings and perfectly cooked sablefish, while the attentive service made the evening feel special. Although some portions were on the smaller side and prices on the higher end, the combination of innovative cuisine, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality made it well worth the visit.
