The grape variety originated in southern Italy where it is often served with fresh seafood. Falanghina is a very aromatic wine with floral tropical fruit notes and a hint of minerality. • Complex and layered in bright, fresh and Juicy. Notes of spice and tons of acid. A few wine-making methods used here including whole cluster fermentation and e stemmed fruit. Aged in neutral french oak for 12 months. Very fresh aromatics of blue/black fruit - black currant, blueberry with some cocoa powder and anise. You'll also get a little graphite and roasted meat. Truly delicious and pleasant.
