Saaz hops add a slightly spicy note and herbal bitterness to the finish, which is creamy and dry. Step-mashed, decocted, lagered for 8 weeks and naturally-carbonated.

• German Pilsner / 5.0%Step-mashed and decocted. Brewed with Bavarian-grown pilsner malt and small batch Hersbrucker hops sourced from Seitz Farms in Hallertau, Germany. Round, bready notes give way to an herbal hop finish that’s dry with balanced bitterness. The hop aromas are fresh and floral, with subtle notes of citrus fruit. Naturally-carbonated and lagered for 6 weeks.

• Brown Porter / 3.8%Brewed with a blend of classic British malts along with malts from Epiphany (North Carolina) & Murphy & Rude (Virginia), Moon River shows a complex array of flavors on the palate, including toffee, caramel, a distinct nuttiness and restrained roast. Leafy East Kent Golding hops add a hint of bitterness to underscore the mild notes of coffee in the finish. Well rounded and rich despite its lower abv and creamy drinkability.
