We have created our own Hong Kong-style in-house with two various blends of black teas, "hitting the tea" (jong cha) with traditional methods through sakecloth bags to create an intense, strong flavor, and then splashing it off with evaporated milk to give the Hong Kong milk tea its golden color and velvety smooth mouthfeel.
