The food here blew me away, especially the shrimp ceviche with fried plantains, which offered the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and crunchy flavors. The Colombian platter was hearty and satisfying, with tender steak and a generous assortment of traditional sides that truly filled me up. Although the service was polite and attentive, the wait for our meal was a bit long, but the vibrant atmosphere and delicious dishes made the experience worthwhile.
