Passing through MIA, I satisfied a sweet tooth craving with a guava cheesecake that hit the perfect balance-not too sweet or dense-and also enjoyed flavorful chicken and sausage jambalaya, though the sauce was a bit watery. The Jamaican patties and conch fritters were delicious, and having a cold Ting brought back great island vibes, while the staff was friendly and helpful despite the rushed plate presentation. Prices were on the higher side, but the authentic Caribbean flavors and consistent quality make this a reliable choice whenever I'm in the airport.

While passing through MIA, I indulged in a scrumptious guava cheesecake at my favorite Caribbean eatery in the airport. The cheesecake had the perfect balance of flavors - not too sweet and not too dense. The cashier's recommendation was spot on and I left feeling satisfied and craving more.
