I often passed by the culinary school nearby without realizing their restaurant was open to the public, but stopping in for a meal truly impressed me with its elegant setup and attentive service. The dishes, from the crispy asparagus bursting with flavor to the beautifully plated burrata salad and perfectly cooked churrasco, showcased both talent and care, though I felt the menu could benefit from more creative combinations. The inviting atmosphere, reasonable prices, and the unique experience of dining where culinary students hone their skills make this a fantastic option for a flavorful and enjoyable meal.
