The pizza used to be good but the last two times it was all grease , the last and final time we ordered I am sure someone returned it so we got that COLD one. Other than the pizza its not too bad .

Went to eat the other night and curly fries were terrible. Our waitress went and got Brandon W and he took the curly fries and offered me something else to eat. I ended up getting the chicken wings and they were delicious. Brandon then checked on us a few more times to make sure everything was tasting good. We left very satisfied!

We went there for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the food and the service. It had a fun atmosphere and there were several birthdays celebrated. We plan on going there for our birthdays. The ribs were tender and the steak was very good. The salad had croutons, tomatoes, radishes, carrots, cucumbers and onions. They made both of our salads to order omitting a couple of items from each. We enjoyed looking at all of the decor. Cheap Charlies you are AWESOME!!!

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. My wife and I eat there 2/3 times a month, and my wife is very shall I say demanding. She loves the place it's her go to feel good restaurant. The French onion soup is spot on and the pizza is good. My wife either gets the prime rib or the Michigan cherry salad depending on the time of year and she's always been satisfied. Keep up the good work.

I loved this place! I live in GP, and there are no restaurants in GP that have ribs as good as Cheap Charlies. I had the Memphis dry rub, and the waitress, on her suggestion, probided me with a yaste of the dry rub to make sure it was what I wanted - the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and super flavorful. My SO had a so-so burger, and the beer variety absent of craft beers, but the wait staff were excellent - overall we had a good dinner and I highly recommend the dry ribs! The menu, BTW, was very entertaining with its multitude of runaway apostrophes and misspellings, such as Fa-he-ta's ...

The food was cold. Sent it back and they brought back new which was still cold. Waitress never refilled our drinks or even asked. Waste of money.

Love the food and has a good atmosphere to it. Yes you might not get the best waiter but the food makes up for it. Good place to eat with friends and family. Love the pizza and club sandwiches.

So Nicole and I went to Cheap Charlies for dinner last night. I ordered my burger medium rare as I always do. The burger I got was well done. When a I said something to the waitress she told the manager there was a problem and told the manager that I ordered medium well. When they asked if I wanted a new burger I said no thanks (cause they'd probly spit on it). When I asked for the check they charged me full price and we're very rude. No apologies and not even a have a nice day. NEVER AGAIN!

My husband and I decided to go to cheap Charlie's for a nice dinner and a few drinks. Well it was everything but nice.... The waitress Red.. Was one of the best have ever had. We ordered a drink and we did not like it so the manger Christina came to the table to see what was wrong well we told her it was wayyyy to strong and it wasn't like we had previously. She said she would take it off the bill but we could only order but pop or beer. Our waitress was u aware of that... Put in another drink order and the manger Christina but a hold on our liquor drinks! We weren't drunk... We didn't have a buzz we just simplily did not like it!! Working hard at work all day and coming to relax!! For paying $20 for a pitch of a mixed drink that we were unhappy! You could clearly see the picture was still almost full with the exception of both glasses still full!! She was one of the rudest managers and very unprofessional!! But to but a hold on drinks I thought that was uncalled for. So I guess of u want drinks here and u don't like you would be cut off! Never again! I would NOT recommend going here!

Service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes for the server. Server was very slow. His name was Brandon. Will not be back. Manager was Christina. She did nothing. She is not a good people person. She can't solve problems.

Went there tonight will never go back . Food was not that good . Waiter was horrible never refilled my drink. Ask about something on the menu could not give me a answer if it was good or not, so I was not going to order it after that. Got a bad stomach ache about 1 hour after eating there. First and last time going there.

Was there today with my 4 year old granddaughter. For some reason my card wouldn't go through. My waitress was very understanding and had no problem with me running across the street to Chase to use the atm. I eat there at least once a week and this was the first time my debit/credit card wouldn't go through. The manager who was walking around holding I assume her grandchild was belligerent, treated me like a criminal. Said she had never seen me in there before. I tried to explain it wasn't on my end, I went to Chase got 20.00 for a ten dollar bill, returned and tipped my waitress 10.00. Never again will I eat there. I have seen this woman treat other customers like dirt. Keith would be turning in his grave if he witnessed the way his customers are treated. And yes, keith was a friend of mine.

Ate there 5/31/14 Food is always good, but front of the house needs a lot of training in customer service. Our waiter was great. But, I order a Mushroom Burger not beef. Which is on memu. It was beef, waiter came back ask, if I tried my burger and said he was sorry and asked if it's ok. I said no. Then some girl/women with straight dark hair, came to our table never told us who she was. She b-tchy asked don't you want beef, do I want them to bring the mushroom and I could give her beef pattie back and I could put Mushroom on bun? WHAT? I said, "What, NO! bring me what I ordered, please." Off she went. She was so rude! She never returned to see if everything was ok, after I got what I ordered. Then I heard waiter had to pay for it. This girl/woman made me feel like I was in the wrong and putting them out. I love their food, and only went there for mushroom burger. I did stop going for the last 2 years due to front of the house customer service. But a friend was in town and I was wanting a mushroom burger (not beef burger). So I picked Cheap Charlie's and again bad customer service. Anybody know of any place in Port Huron, that has mushroom burgers. Chili's used too, but not any more. After 2 years their front of the house still needs training!

That would mean you ordered something that cost $1.00 which seems somewhat unlikely. If you really wanted to get them (given this logic), you'd order the priciest meal.
Regardless, place isn't bad. Not the best and perhaps slightly overpriced for the quality, but overall they're okay.
It's a girly drink, but their Orange Blossoms are good (I believe it's a combination of 4 white liquors and orange flavoring).

Everyone was raving about this place for it's discount of your age off the price of you meal on your birthday that is the only time I would pay for food there. if there was a severe discount. the food even at the relatively low prices was really over priced for the quality. I will go to cheap charlies on my birthday when I am 101 then they will owe me a penny.
