The food was excellent, 4 star, a very professional waitress, but I was amazed when told an extra basket of bread was $1.50.. That certainly takes away from the otherwise specialness of the restaurant. When a meal for 4 can cost over $100, the bread charge is offensive.

My neighbor and I had dinner at your place last Thursday. Everything was good except for your rest roomsl. I found them unacceptable because of the on - off water at the sink. You can't tell me the wait staff has the time to wait for water to rinse there hands as I became very frustrated trying to get the soap off my hands. I did not feel comfortable with this and cannot understand why your water cannot flow normally to rinse hands (warm water too!) This discourages folks and results in not washing hands properly and that makes me very nervous. Now-a-days hygene is very important so may I suggest taking care of this situation in the ladies rest room ( and I assumje it's the same in the mens) otherwise I may have to find another restaurant to find my Italian food and I don't want to do that. I will pass this along to my friends who all feel the same way about restrooms, they should be clean and user friendly.
While I'm writing, I LOVE YOUR FOOD however why do you have to pay for extra bread? I have never been in a restaurant that charges for extra breadl. It is one of the cheapest things you can provide to your customers. Please reconsider this, I have been wanting to write you about this since last year, it really bothers me. You a such a class act for Ossineke why degrade yourself by charging for extra bread.
