After a long day exploring local parks and trails, we enjoyed a satisfying home-cooked meal with generous portions and flavors that hit all the right notes-from the perfectly breaded onion rings and mushrooms to the hearty open-faced meatloaf and crispy fried green beans. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, complemented by a solid beer selection that introduced me to some unique brews not found back home, and the friendly staff kept the service smooth despite being a bit understaffed. Nestled right along the snowmobiling trail, this cozy spot offers a simple yet diverse menu that caters to varied tastes, making it an ideal stop to unwind and refuel in the heart of Michigan's wilderness.
