The smelt was absolutely delicious, and the dinner plate was so generous that it could easily feed three people. I enjoyed a juicy burger that was bursting with flavor, making it a perfect stop during my bike ride along the Lakeland Trail. The friendly atmosphere, combined with great food and the chance to catch a game on multiple TVs, ensures that I will definitely return for another visit.

Over cooked broccoli bites, over cooked onion rings, over cooked ribeye. Only thing not over cooked was the salad. 1 for 4 for 40 bucks. Not happy..

Arrived early on a F night and had a glass of wine. Good so far. Then a friend ordered her chicken salad, which she said was good.
Now, understand that I am not a fried foodie fan. But I decided to cast my vote for fish, and I took a chance on the walleye with cole slaw and a potato. I ate the potato and the cole slaw, then tasted the poor fried walleye. Truthfully, it looked like a piece of shoe leather! I sampled a few pieces then decided it wasn't even worth taking home to our cats!
And, being a F night, it became noisy about 5:30 or so. Not what I would call a relaxing atmosphere, and will not choose this place again (actually it was not my choice in the first place!). I would not suggest this place to anyone who enjoys truly good well prepared food.

Frog legs were the best I've ever had! And my 3 friends said there steaks were outstanding.

We got frog legs for a carry out tonight and had to wait 35 minutes + the 25 minutes to get there.iNo one wore masks at all the tables inside which were packed. 2 weeks in a row I went to pay for a carry out and was told menu prices went up an extra dollar and last week was told I had to pay an extra $2.00 up charge for a mumbled fee.

I'm a long term customer. The food is wonderful. The service at times is poor. I can put up with poor service if the food makes up for it. Since the covid 19 outbreak I've noticed that the bar does not provide adequate distance between its customers. When you bring the problem up with the staff they just make excuses. So I have come to the conclusion that it's not worth dying for a great steak. I'm hoping in a few years it will be safe to return.

Ate here for the first time this week after moving to the area. Had their broasted chicken with seasoned fries and slaw. Can't say enough about how good it was....fresh, hot and delicious! Not a lot of choices in the area so I'm thrilled this place has a variety on their menu. Already looking forward to our next visit!
