Ruttger's has a long-standing reputation for providing sincere and genuine experiences, making it easy to see why it's a favorite destination. The new owners maintain the quality of the food, and dining at the bar with a view of the lake enhances the experience. With a variety of activities, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations, it feels like a home away from home, making each visit enjoyable.

I would give zero stars if I could. One star was for being seated promptly. We did have a reservation. It took 15 minutes to get our drink order taken, so we ordered our food at the same time. It took one hour to get served. The steak was way over priced compared to its quality. They ran out of soup and mashed potatoes, but didn't tell us. Our son did not get his steak because they ran out of those, too. We had to wait one hour and a half to get his substitute of a hamburger (dry) and fries (good). The service was soooo slowwww. The food was ok, but not compared to the price and time waited. It was one of our family's worst dining experiences.
