Great value and makes me feel like my mom was cooking a feast!
All food is prepared southern style- aka creamed, or just extra good.
For $6 you get an entree, a salad, 3 or 4 sides, a roll, a drink, and a choice of pie or cake.
Great workday lunch stop.
*They close at 2:30 after lunch.

You need to have a "20" for the rankings on this place. The food is HANDS DOWN THE BEST down home cooking you can find anywhere. As for the price, honestly its UNDER priced which is the only way "Mrs.Evelyn", the owner/cook/host etc. would have it.
The atmosphere, everyone from the Governor to the new guy on the local farming crew eats here. They mingle together like old freinds. It's like going to a family reunion everyday except without your Aunt penching your cheeks and having to pretend you rememeber everyone. It's truly a place where everyone will know you name.
